This was the best choice we could have made. The hotel is in the heart of the Braga Street. A few steps outside and there is the so much food. I know Indonesians are all about food. The hotel staff is SUPER nice and friendly, breakfast is awesome, Amin and Efendi were the nicest persons we met. We would give the hotel a 11 score, however the owners should reinvest a little and upgrade the hotel a little. With very little investment the hotel would become like new. Other than that we would definitely stay again here, 100%!!

The location is really good, its in the mall. The hotel entrance is near the escalator where my supir can drop me. The staff is really helpful. There were even free snacks in the room 😍😍 my first time been to hotel with kerepek. Its good. Love it! The iron is limited, make sure ask for it early 😆 they even provide welcoming drinks at the lobby. Will definitely recommend this hotel

Food and beverage manage Endang Efendi was absolutely wonderful and so helpful with service as well as helping us get a grab taxi off his personal phone as my grab wouldn't work , He was so kind and helpful as well as he talks great English to explain to us things to do in town , Very appreciative of Efendi help and kindness , Overall great stay ,clean rooms ,kind helpful staff. Right on Braga street to go out at night and eat at restaurants on Braga Good place Thank you

The location is strategic for the tourist. It is in the middle of tge Braga street. This location is quite bad traffic at night and we are thankful we can roaming around by feet and not stuck in traffic. Around of hotel there is lot of cafes and places to eat. We recommend to try ayam penyet surabaya, we loved it and went to this place 2 times.

I like the location as it was just in the Braga street, and everything is easily accessible. Hotel is kinda located inside the mall, makes it easier to go around shopping and stuff. Also the room was very clean, staffs are kind and helpful. The interiors were really good, you could play indoor board games, walls were appealing with good wallpapers and arts. There was also a small convenience store just next to reception.

had such a great stay at Favehotel Braga. The location is perfect in the heart of Braga, and the room was clean and comfortable. What really made my stay special was the excellent service from Mas Yuda he was so helpful, friendly, and went out of his way to assist me. Thank you for the warm hospitality, will definitely come back!

The location was great!! Staff amazing. Rooms were clean and roomy. Even have snacks and drinks at reception. Water was provided with 2 bottles everyday as well as a water filter in the corridor.
